Thirst Light Springer Management is independent from I Am Emily Music. The management team is here to overlook all artists, questions and all management requirements to the label. It also over sees the publishing and promotions of the label, making sure everybody on the label is promoted and managed in a professional way. It also looks into shows, videos and interviews professionally i.e any interviews an artist may do on the label, the management team will insist on what questions the interviewee will ask, to ensure that all artists are protected at all times.
